Lost myself on the Internet is an awarded Erasmus+ project by European Union and the Greek National Agency. Its main topic was Internet Addiction Disorder (I.A.D.) and how it affects young people in modern societies.
It is a Training Course for 52 participants, with partnering organizations from Greece, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, North Macedonia, Turkey, Slovakia, Spain, and Bulgaria.
The principal purpose of this program is to raise awareness of the phenomenon of Internet Addiction. The participants were informed with specialized educational material on mental disorders, the development, the tracing while acknowledging the psychological approach and confronting techniques against the phenomenon of I.A.D.
